This is the Crimson Spa Umbrella by Leisure Concepts, specifically the floor model at Wellness Shop Kitchener.
Normally sold at $1,599+HST, but this floor model is being sold for $700 including taxes!
As pictured, underneath the umbrella a battery operated light adds accent and illumination at nighttime. The battery pack runs on regular AA's, rechargeable preferred. Batteries are not included.
You first put the spatula bit underneath a spa, and then fill the base with water or sand to weigh it down. Incredibly sturdy!
The umbrella itself can rotate easily if you don't want it overtop the spa at anytime.
