We are a small pany servicing area, and we are looking to leave the business to an owner/operator. You must be generally handy, and have some experience in renovations.
We have developed a formula that allows each full time owner or employee to generate $1000 to $1500 profit per day. 2020 profit was $145,000, working on average 3.5 days per week.
We will provide you all the training necessary depending on what's best for your knowledge set. You will learn all necessary trade items from drywall repair to light plumbing, framing and finishing carpentry, etc. We will also provide you with our Marketing program (ads, website, reviews, current customer base, etc), which will get customers calling you daily for quotes.
You must be willing to do the following aspects of the business yourself, and then grow it from there as you please: - take customer calls and give quotes - do the work itself, which is everything from hanging art to small renovations
