Slant/Fin Cast Iron Boiler + Natural Gas Power Burner System

Slant/Fin Cast Iron Boiler - originally was an oil burner boiler, was converted several years ago to natural gas with a conversion burner. Package includes:
1) Cast iron boiler. The boiler is rated for 120,000 BTU according to the unit placard. Boiler has the a pressure blowoff valve included as well. Boiler auto-air vent was also replaced/new last year ($50). 2) Burner + blower motor + wheel + burner wiring and very new ignition control module (White-Rodgers). Burner is already wired to the aquastat, aquastat and pressure analog gauge included on the boiler. This burner is a power-vented NG Aero burner, it's capable of over 200,000 BTU of output and can be adjusted. 3) Grundfos 15-58 FC circulator pump with BX/AC90 wiring, pre-wired to the aquastat, in good condition with flanges. 4) Black iron return piping manifold with 3 different valves and stubs ready for THREE (3) zones. There's a large 1 1/2 brass shutoff valve on the return pipe, the brass valve alone is worth $70. The return piping is only ONE YEAR old, I replaced it last year with all brand new black iron piping and fittings. 4) Black iron supply piping manifold with 3 different valves and stubs ready for THREE (3) zones 5) Can disconnect and provide some of the venting material with this package, I believe it's stainless steel to connect to a chimney. Includes vent damper and weights. 6) THREE (3) Honeywell motorized zone valves, all work and all are in great condition. These ALONE are worth over $130 each. 7) Expansion tank with black iron connection nipple and coupling.
This boiler alone to buy today will cost you over $3500 with taxes and shipping, etc. The burner alone to buy will cost you $1500+ for a power-conversion burner. The boiler is in great shape, heat exchanger heats up extremely well and there are no leaks in the exchanger or boiler jacket!!!
I converted to a radiant bi-system for both my heating and domestic water, which is the main reason I installed a different system. The boiler is currently in my basement, safe and sound until a buyer is found. If you don't have $10,000 for a new boiler system this year and need a replacement now, this boiler will get you by for this winter and many more e! She still has alot of life left in her. 78-80% efficient boiler/burner system.

If you were buying this whole system BRAND NEW: the boiler would cost you $3500, the burner would cost $1500, pump $200, piping and valves $300, zone valves $400, venting $300, expansion tank $80, wiring $100. Pickup please. If you want delivery, I will charge you considerably extra for it, this boiler is HEAVY and requires at least two strong people to lift and load into a vehicle. Located north end of TBay.
