Six Sigma Specialized IT Consultant

Our Client is looking for a Six Sigma Consultant on a 4 month contract focused on Business Process Reengineering .
Must have skills:
Lean Six Sigma certified, Blackbelt is preferred
Experience with Capital Asset Management and Planning
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with IBM TRIRIGA
Demonstrated experience developing training products and providing virtual training on IBM TRIRIGA or IWMS software
Clearly demonstrated experience with Business Process Reengineering in an enterprise environment
Nice to Have:
Public Sector experience

Responsibilities
Works in partnership with clients, advising them how to use information management (IM) and/or information technology in order to meet their business objectives or e problems, work to improve the structure and efficiency of an organization’s I&IT Systems. The Specialized IT Consultant may be used to provide strategic guidance to organizations with regard to IM and Task-based IT technology, IT infrastructures and the enablement of major business processes through enhancements to IT, providing highly expert technical subject matter expertise
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience defining metrics and KPI's
Demonstrated experience identifying data management issues, changes to data/information systems and enhancing the client’s capital business analysis operations
Demonstrated experience with strategic capital planning and statistical data analysis techniques, methods and related processes to determine issues and critical objectives, (i.e: data modeling and statistical and quantitative theories, methods and techniques) and assessing the impact of data evaluation findings on policy/program development
Demonstrated experience with research, analysis, development, and improvement of capital planning models and evaluation frameworks
Demonstrated experience prehensive analyses of statistical and quantitative data related to capital planning and modelling
Demonstrated issues coordination and analytical skills to lead the business management process, providing process advice, analysis, and leadership in the design, development and implementation of capital planning data models/structures
Demonstrated project management and planning skills to develop proposals that respond to data/information analysis issues/needs, to plan and lead information systems research, and provide direction/guidance to project teams
munication and presentation skills to prepare and mend a variety of studies and mendations to different audiences
Demonstrated experience performing options analysis, feasibility assessment, financial and cost-benefit studies to provide advice and mendations on feasibility of plans and investments
