JOB TYPE: Full time – permanent position
JOB DESCRIPTION Install various exterior cladding products such as posite panels, cementitious panels, insulated metal panels, metal siding and wood siding mercial projects.
The Installers Primary Duties: • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations; • Install air/vapor membrane to wall surfaces using rollers and applicators; • Measure, cut and install z-bar sub-girts using hand and power tools to wall surfaces; • Install exterior prefabricated products such as siding and panels using hand and power tools;
Employment requirements: • No education requirements; • Follow all on-site pany safety requirements in accordance with OH&S Act and Regulations; • Demonstrate team playing attitude; • Capable of using various hand and power tools; • Enthusiastic and Motivated; • Able to work at heights; • A driver's license may be required.
Additional information: • Product specific training provided on-site; • Previous work experience installing building envelope products would be an asset;
Working Conditions: • May be required to work additional hours; • Will be required to work outdoors in seasonal environments
