Fully renovated, from top-to-bottom. Rest assured, knowing you are in a CLEAN and freshly UPDATED cottage, situated in a PRIME location! Bright and spacious 2-bedroom featuring a queen master bedroom, a set of double bunk bed, and 2 fortable pull-out sofas in the living room. Unit amenities Include: - Large Deck – Private high-speed WIFI - 2 Smart flat screen TV’s – board games for the entire family - Outdoor shower - All kitchen essentials - Nespresso Coffee Machine with COMPLIMENTARY pods, - large outdoor kitchen (Propane BBQ, sink, counter and mini fridge) Fire pit (complementary wood provided), hot water tankless system – you will never run out of hot water! Our unit is fully sanitized and cleaned prior to arrival. All renters must be 25, and or older, with the exception of children, whom must be panied by an adult at all times. Families preferred. No pets allowed. No smoking / No vaping. Golf carts available. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests per stay (No exceptions made) Accepting bookings for May – October. Due to Covid-19 protocols and suggestions, no linens or towels, will be provided during your stay.
