For sale is a lovely, very fine condition matched pair of exquisite, ornate Vintage Capodimonte-Style Porcelain Victorian Figural Tri-Light Table Lamps!
Look how wonderfully detailed each figure is! The opulently dressed woman is beyond lovely, with her flowing gown, so delicately adorned with flowers! Her perfect, milky white skin is flawless, as are her meticulously rendered features, finely crafted hands, and tresses! Stunning!
The gentleman is quite a handsome dandy, decked out with the utmost in fashionable, ruffled attire of the day!
Everything about these collectible, high quality, Mid-Century, Japanese-made bisque lamps says "WOW!" Much skill and artistry went into creating this over-the-top Capodimonte-style pair of lamps!
They stand 26 inches tall and the stable, fancy gilt-trimmed, porcelain bases are chip and craze free, each measuring 6 inches across.
The softest of pink satin fabric covers the lined shades, that have a gorgeous, formal, wide, leaf-and-vine, embroidered lace and ribbon band on the bottom edge, for an added classy touch of feminine flair!
Each clean, unique scalloped bell shade measure 13 inches tall, with the bottom measuring 15 inches wide, and the top opening being 6 inches across. These have just been carefully hand washed. Some noted marks remain, as to be expected, given the age of the pieces. Still gorgeous and absolutely display-worthy!
A truly magnificent, classic duo, having stood the test of time relatively unscathed, as these bear only minimal signs of age. All delicate parts, (fingers, flowers, petals, shoes), are miraculously present! These have been very well cared for.
The lamps have undergone some restoration, including having the electrical cords replaced, an upgrade of new harps, along with bottom, felt pads. The shades are not the originals, but pliment the figures, size of the lamps, as well as the overall appearance to a 'T'! Just perfect!
The pair is tri-light functional. Tri-light bulbs not included, but available at most hardware stores.
If your décor is 'going for Baroque', then these spectacular, luxurious Regency Era-inspired beauties are definitely the posh accent pieces you want to display!
