All Controllers are new we don't sell used stuff

Controllers are priced as they are. Any Agressive and disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

All orders are done through ?ref=hp_name_link

Pick up times are Saturdays from 10-6pm.

We do not accept trade in of used controllers! We only sell New controllers.

We are business and not a charity, controllers are Warrantied! For what ever the build you purchased! Extra mods automatically void the warranty! You are only covered for what you ordered from us.

Limited Warranty for 6 Months covers all things except for stick drift and other issues related to Sony Controller. We are not an affiliate of Sony and use Sony original and Xbox original controllers to mod original controllers. Please note that modding an original controller may void the warranty with Microsoft and Sony. We are here for all our customers and will provide a solution for them in the case they run into issues related to our controller builds. We stand by our products and will support customers should they run into issues please email us if you have received a broken controller or your paddles brake. Please note that if customers modify their own controller it voids the warranty.

Items ordered a are Final sale as outlined in out return policy:

Controllers retuned with damage is subjected to a 25% restock fee. Items ordered and returned due to issue that are not related to Dead on Arrival, Cosmetic imperfection, broken parts and malfunctioned controllers due to faulty parts are subjected to a 15% restock fee.

Controllers are Tested twice to ensure that they meet the standards that are set by our team. However, we understand that there are instances where controllers may have issue related to installation and we will honour our returns policy and wave the return fee.

Controllers that retuned due to customer ordering the wrong unit, or customer no longer wanting that particular controller ordered. Will be subjected to restocking fee and shipping fees. We Kindly ask that customers check their orders before purchasing.
