Excellent sailboat, that has been maintained and updated. Yanmar 2gm diesel engine in great condition, with new Impeller pump, and thermostat and belts, mixing elbow and exhaust hose also recently updated, and engine is winterized and serviced every season. Boat has a very clean fortable main cabin, v-berth, head, and galley with oven. Presently installing a new espar style heater plement existing Catalytic heater. Deck and hull of boat are in great condition, new cabin windows have been installed and all hardware on deck has been recently re-bedded. New electronics include Garmin touch screen GPS, Wind instruments and in mast wiring, new mast lighting and wiring, new Raymarine Autohelm, and new solar panel. All running rigging has been replaced and is like new, changed a few years back. New Genoa sail, all other sails are in good to great condition. Winches for Genoa Sheets are 8 inch Harkins, which all have been cleaned and greased. The price in very fair for a boat that requires no work or updates on your part, simply bring your food and drinks and head out the bay. The boat is fast and forgiving, it is an excellent boat for a novice or an experienced sailor looking for something that they can sail single handed. The boat also has an older but very efficient Autohelm Radar. If you are serious about getting a sailboat, stop by the Lewisporte Marina have a look, you will be impressed.
