EASY TO DRIVE NO SPECIAL LICENSE REQUIRED RENTALS START MAY 1ST 2023 NO PETS (DUE TO ALLERGIES) NO SMOKING, And NO DRIVERS UNDER 25 Towing will be allowed for ATV’s, dirt bikes, and other small light accessories. You will pletely relaxed fortable in this fully furnished, self contained RV. You just supply the groceries, your clothing, the bedding and the linen. This fully equipped es with all that you need. Including a gas powered built-in generator, Air Conditioning, 2 TV’s, furnace, bathroom with toilet & shower, electric / propane operated fridge & freezer, 3 burner propane stove & oven, Microwave Oven, Electric / propane operated hot water tank, and lots of storage. There's a VERY Large pantry cupboard, and lots of custom cabinetry. There is a power operated 14 Ft Awning for shade. The RV has a Spacious layout, with 2 slides and it sleeps up to 6 people. It has fortable queen size bed in the rear for Mom & Dad, a pullout sofa and a dinette with a drop down table that converts into a bed. The kitchen includes an electric kettle, a microwave oven, toaster, electric frying pan, pots & pans, & dishes, glasses, mugs & cutlery. It includes all the miscellaneous kitchen tools that you will need. You must supply your own kitchen linen. There is an outdoor ground mat and folding lawn chairs. Also included is a NEW Outdoor Propane BBQ with a 20lb Propane tank for your use with BBQ tools. This Motorhome has a large gas tank that will hold 284 liters (75 us Gal) and is capable of 650-750 KM on one tank of gas, IF it is driven decently. Best speed for maximum mileage is 90 KM/hr. If you go over 90 KM/hr. your gas costs will increase significantly. Tank Capacities - Propane 90 lbs. - Freshwater Tank 380 liters (100 US Gal) - Grey Water Tank 220 Liters (58 US Gal) - Black Water Tank 159 Liters (42 US Gal) - Gas Tank 284 Liters (75 US Gal) All rental Rates include 100 free km per rental day (ie: week is 700 free km) after that it is $0.45 cents per km. MINIMUM 3 DAY RENTAL. WEEKLY RENTALS PREFERRED AND WILL TAKE PRIORITY.
RENTAL RATES- MAY 1ST to May 30th $1,150.00 per week / $1,000.00 per week for 2 or more weeks. Friday to Sunday weekend $600.00 Friday to Monday Weekend $750.00 RENTAL RATES - June 1st to June 30th $1,250.00 per week / 1,100.00 per week for 2 or more weeks Friday to Sunday weekend $700.00 Friday to Monday Weekend $850.00 RENTAL RATES - July 1st to September 4th $1,350.00 per week / $1,200.00 per week for 2 weeks / $1,100.00 per week for 3 or more weeks. Rental Rates can be negotiated for longer periods or unusual circumstances. MPI Renter insurance required for all rentals (Approximately $20.00 to $30.00 per week depending on your license) RV Rental agreement is to be signed for all rental. Security Deposit of $1,500.00 Payments by Cash or E-Transfer accepted.
