JULIAN TREUHERZ is keeper of Art Galleries for National Museums Liverpool. ELIZABETH PRETTEJOHN is professor of Modern Art at the University of Plymouth. EDWIN BECKER is exhibitions curator at the Van Gogh Museum,Amsterdam. The exhibition was held in Liverpool the Amsterdam from october 16,2003 to june 6,2004.
