Job Description:QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS * IRATA - Rope Access Level 3 * Background in NDT methods and procedures is desirable, but not required. * Previous experience on project teams in service area. * Ability to secure ZERO HARM, the correct technical quality, and realize mercial potential for field scope of projects. EVALUATION The Rope Access Supervisor (Level 3) technician shall be evaluated in connection with reviews of achieving established goals for the performed projects. Relevant criteria include: * HSE performance * Technical quality * Client satisfaction with client's offshore management * Feedback from clients * Feedback from field team members * Evaluation pany's methods * Improvement of working practices.
