I’m looking for one roommate to share a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home centrally located in downtown Courtenay with myself and my two dogs. The house is furnished, other than the one ing available May 1st. Couples will be considered with adjusted rent for double occupancy. The monthly rent of $975 for the unfurnished bedroom and furnished shared house includes all utilities and wifi. Damage deposit and signed agreement will be required. The shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, gym/spare room, and backyard with storage shed. Street parking is available in front of the house. Lots of opportunity to garden in both the front and backyard.
I have 2 large breed dogs and unfortunately we cannot e more pets (cats/dogs) into the home. We are looking for a kind and tidy person to share this space with us. Our home is LGBTQIA2S+ friendly.
I am 26 years old and work full time as munity support worker. I also attend university (distance learning) part time. My pups are both sweet, very good boys who promise to also be respectful roommates.
