PLEASE SHARE .ONE ROOM AVAILABLE / GROUND LEVEL .One person per room unless a couple .Stratford, PEI .Located in a 5 bedroom two storey bungalow .Clean, quiet, safe neighbourhood .Great for students .Bedroom include Queen size bed, Bureau, Wall mounted TV, .House shared with 4 other tenants .Close to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations. .Snow removal provided .10 minutes from UPEI or Holland College if student .T3 City transit & Taxis available in area but own transportation is mended due to walking distance of 25 minutes to bus stop .$800 / month per room .$400 security deposit .$1200 for couple .Payment: Cash or E transfer (receipts available upon request) .Includes utilities such as washer / dryer, heat, free internet / wifi .Parking available / back deck use .Shared bathroom, kitchen mon area. .IT IS RECOMMENDED you have your own vehicle for transportation due to the distance from the nearest bus stop and / or distance from UPEI or College if a student .Accepting tenants for the month of May. 1 / 23. ing June 1st unfortunately we can’t hold the room anymore than for one full month with payment down in full.
