Resident Manager needed in Devon

We are searching for an energetic, self-motivated live-in Site Manager couple for a 47-unit walk up building in Devon (2- person team)
Must be fluent in reading/writing English.
The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for performing tenant management, basic maintenance and general cleaning and upkeep of the building. Duties are: Respond to phone calls and from tenants and rental inquiries. As well as, responding to building emergencies and after-hours service calls when required. Show vacant suites to prospective tenants. Process all leasing paperwork and do move in or move out inspections. Deliver notices, letters and paperwork to tenants and notify management. Minimal collection of rent and deposit into bank, follow up on rent arrears. Enforce rules and regulations of lease agreement and Residential tenancy act. Negotiate lease renewals for existing tenants. Ensure walkways are clear of snow, ice, and other debris. spread ice melt or rock chips, do daily interior/exterior building safety checks. Cleaning of mon areas including building hallways, entrances. Prior Maintenace skills an asset Assist contractors in day-to-day operations of building as required.
Prior experience with apartment building management an asset. Will give some training.
