Recherche de Colocataire! Bonjour tout le monde, je suis à la recherche d'un(e) colocataire qui aimerai occuper une de deux chambres ci-dessous à partir du 1er Juillet. (la sous-location de deux chambres est également une option si la personne veut avoir un deuxième espace personnel). En effet, ces belles chambres se situent dans un 5 1/2 beau et illuminé qui se retrouve à Ville Mont-Royal au deuxième étage d'un townhouse. L'appartement a un emplacement idéal vu qu'il est à 12min de marche du métro Acadie, à 5min de marche de la gare Canora où le train REM passera en 2024, et à côté des bus 119, 165 et 16. Pour les étudiants d'UdeM, le nouveau campus Mil est accessible à pieds (15min) ou avec un des 3 buts mentionnés. De plus, une épicerie Metro, ainsi qu'un Rachelle-Berry sont aux alentours pour vous faciliter la vie. Personnellement, j'occupe la troisième chambre de l'appartement, qui n'est pas affiché dans les photos, avec ma copine qui est ici 4 jours/semaine. Le quartier est très calme, avec plusieurs espaces verts et très proche du centre-ville.

Looking for a Roommate!
Hello everyone, I am looking for a roommate who would like to occupy one of the two bedrooms below from July 1st. (subletting two bedrooms is also an option if the person wants to have a second personal space). Indeed, these beautiful rooms are located in a beautiful and illuminated 5 1/2 located in Ville Mont-Royal on the second floor of a townhouse. The apartment has an ideal location as it is 12min walk from Acadie metro station, 5min walk from Canora station where the REM train will pass in 2024, and next to buses 119, 165 and 16. For students from UdeM, the new Mil campus is accessible on foot (15min) or with one of the 3 goals mentioned. In addition, a Metro grocery store and a Rachelle-Berry are nearby to make your life easier. Personally, I occupy the third bedroom of the apartment, which is not displayed in the photos, with my girlfriend who is here 4 days a week. The area is very quiet, with several green spaces and very close to the city center.
