My monthly lot rent $300.It's a large 3 bedroom two bath home.But we will bump into each other daily.As the owner living here also there's chores to share inside/out & certain rules.Isn't a appartment nor basement & me living here also sorry you don't have total free raine hope you understand.I am being careful who i choose, which makes sense. NO scam or alternative motives.Please NO ments & emojis they're rediculious. I'm a Caregiver & 1st Responder decent guy even.This has been a long hard go never thought it would be.It's just overall a nice place to live folks.I can except 1 CAT along with mine.Ask about what you don't, but need to know. I DON'T have space for a couple NOR charge enough for a couple.Great neighbors quiet. Sm driveway what's your vehicle? Month to Month rental.
