Renting Forest River 27ft Salem Travel Trailer w/Bunks, sleeps up to 8. Available to rent by the week/weekend for the 2023 camping season. Don’t Delay Summer books up fast May thru to Oct. Please do not hesitate to call or email regarding dates, Trailer is located in Orillia. We deliver to site, set up and pick up on final date. Delivery charge may be applied for delivery and pick up depending on distance @ a rate of $0.54 per KM. Trailer rental fees (Customer is responsible to book their campsite and pay for it.) $135.00 per night 10% of for weekly rentals (7 nights) $150.00 per night - Holiday Long Weekends (3 night minimum on Long Weekends) Monthly Rentals (28 nights or more) 20% discount CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BOOKING CAMPSITE AND PAYING FOR IT PAYMENT DUE: 50% of rental rate due at booking, balance is due before delivery date. (Other charges may apply, e.g.: Dump charge) We request a fully refundable $600 Security deposit. Deposit which will be refunded upon unit return with no damages indicated on Rental Agreement. Dump Fee for non-sewer sites Trailer Has: • 1 Queen Size bed. • Bunks (bottom can sleep 2 kids easily and top is single) • Sofa bed • Dining Room table can convert to bed • Kitchen, microwave, fridge, freezer, stove and oven • Pantry • comes supplied with pots pans dishes utensils and kettle lots • shower, toilet, small bathroom sink • TV/radio/CD player/DVD Player • Air conditioning and Furnace • Electric awning TRAILER IS SMOKE FREE (NO SMOKING PLEASE), • No Pets (negotiable) Let us know if you have any questions
