Modern, renovated, bright RV!!! You won't see another like it. The fifth wheel is a 36’ goose-neck with 3 bump-outs, one in the main room, one in the master bedroom and one in the goose-neck. It has a winter “polar package”, which includes an enclosed and heated underbelly. The trailer weight is 12,000 lbs. The wheels are in great shape. RV as a whole is in great condition, inside and out. The interior has been updated and refreshed for a clean, modern and cozy feel. Very bright and open feeling with everything freshly painted white this year and tons of windows (all with blinds or curtains). Lots of storage was added over the original. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed with under-bed storage, wardrobe, and bookshelf, as well as a side bathroom with a flushing RV toilet, sink, washing machine, and second entry. The main room with slide out includes good size table for 4-5 people, a couch with a pull-out bed and storage, wall mounted TV, multi-zone stereo system, and lots of windows. The kitchen has heaps of storage (also a full-height pantry left of bathroom entry), a 12v/propane fridge and freezer, a brand new induction cooktop, and a microwave. (Original propane powered cooktop is included and could be reinstalled if preferred over induction cooktop). Entryway has 3 drawers for shoes and other storage, a tall cabinet and hanging rods for coats. The bathroom is a pass-through to the bunk room in the goose-neck. The bathroom includes shower and sink, but with one upgrade being a Separett separating toilet instead of a traditional flush toilet. (Can re-install new RV flushing toilet if preferred). The bunk room in goose-neck includes 2-3 sleeping bunks and clothes storage inside bump out. Utilities include a propane water heater, propane forced air furnace, two 30lb propane tanks, electric air conditioning unit, 50 amp electrical service, fresh water tank, black tank and 3 grey tanks. New RainFresh water filtration system installed under the sink for clean drinking water wherever you are. The awning is in need of repair or replacement and requires a new motor, which is reflected in our price. Please reach out if you’d like to know more or would like more pictures.
