Do you have one of everything? Know someone who does? Well, I bet neither of you has one of these. This Calliope has real brass whistles and solid bronze valves. It was built by a model engineer following plans in several 1977 issues of "Live Steam" magazine, and it will play on either steam pressed air. You can play anything you want on this instrument, as long as it's in the key of C (no black keys). Hear it play on YouTube! As you can see, it's in great shape, and it's very versatile, too. The blue ball and foot pump underneath allow kids to generate some air and play with it without pressor, though of course you can use pressor or steam source as well. This es as you see it, including the custom wheeled stand, but not including Calliope the cat. What a great present for you or someone who appreciates gadgets! Will sell outright or trade for model hit & miss gas engine.
