Very nice pair of PSB Alpha Mite Bookshelf speakers. These are fabulous sounding bookshelf parable to the Paradigm Atoms. Rubber surrounds on these ease the cone movement and you end up with a deeper tone from the same size cones that have foam surrounds on them. These are a most impressive set of bookshelf speakers. They have a vifa high output tweeter bined with the correctly designed crossover, tuned cabinet and very surprising 4.5inch mid/low frequency driver gives the overall impression of a much larger speaker. In my opinion these about the best $120 dollars you will ever invest into a pair of bookshelf speakers. All you have to do is hear them to understand. * Design ~ 2-driver, 2-way bass reflex bookshelf speaker with forward facing port * Crossover ~ 2.0kHz * Frequency Response ~ 71 Hz - 20kHz * Low Frequency Extension ~ 65 Hz (DIN) - DIN is a standard. It tries to take into account room gain. Your speaker may respond down to 71 hz if outdoors. Indoors there is some room gain at low frequencies. So it may actually put out useful sound to a lower frequency. DIN tries to take this into account to give a useful frequency your speaker will reach in your home listening environment. * High Frequency Driver ~ 0.5 in) dome tweeter * Mid/Bass Frequency Driver ~ (4.5 in)with diecast chassis, polypropylene cones and rubber surround * Sensitivity Room ~ 90 dB * Impedance ~ Nominal 6ohm, minimum 4 ohm * Suitable Amplifier Power Range ~ 15 - 80 watts * Maximum Input Power ~ 100 watts * These have been thoroughly inspected and found not requiring anything, But, a new home. You can't get much better than that when purchasing Pre-Enjoyed audio gear. * I do have the boxes for one pair of these. $150 with the OEM boxes, $125 without * Set with original boxes SOLD, thanks Charlie* * I have been servicing other peoples speakers and equipment for over 25yrs, I inspect and test all my own equipment and drivers before listing them, If they need service work I try to ensure everything is working the way it is supposed to before it is sold to anyone. * * It can be packed safely for shipping to just about anywhere as I have shipped gear as far away as BC in Canada and down as far as Florida and across as far as Ohio in the states. * If I replace surrounds, I warranty them for 36months - where else can you get warranty on repairs? * If the crossovers need new Capacitors, I replace them. * (1) - If the ad is not marked SOLD it is still available. * (2) - e to puter and not cel-phone, so extend a bit of patience if I dont' respond right away. * (3). - I don't hold things for people who say they ing to get it based on their word, so, don't get all bent out of shape when I sell something that YOU claim you ing for, but, are not willing to send me a small deposit to show me you are serious. There are too many 'ibuycates' out there who make offers and claim they ing 'Right Out' ,then climb back into the woodwork and disappear. Put your money where your mouth is. If you are serious about something and want me to hold it for you for a week or less then send me a deposit. If it is not like I claim it to be when e to see it then I will refund your deposit. * (4). - Please remember that some brand new or seldom used older gear that has been sitting may work for years without troubles, or, it also may develop small troubles simply from lack of use. There is no warranty es with my gear no matter the condition unless I state it clearly in the ad. That being said if a piece of gear develops some troubles, give me a call and let me see if I can help you out. I like to think that I am a reasonable person within reason. * (5).- There is no cure for misuse and abuse or just plainly being a 'Dumbass'. If you are unsure about how something wires up or works Ask Questions!! There is nothing more frustrating that talking with someone who was too proud to ask for assistance, but, instead wires up something wrong, burns or blows it up then attempts to blame their own mistakes on someone else.
