About Us Sincen International Properties is a specialized property management pany that skillfully manages residential mercial properties for investors in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Our team has successfully managed rental properties, providing services such as maintenance, renovation, etc., to maximize returns for investors.
Job Duties: 1. Negotiate leasing terms and conditions, and closing the deal 2. Draft and produce leasing and leasing-related agreements, including contracts for provision of property services, such as, cleaning and maintenance, landscaping snow removal, and security services 3. Ensure all lease applications are correctly and pleted, prepare and process leasing applications, assist with application verification, and notify prospective tenants of results in a timely manner 4. Arrange repairs, maintenance and renovations and ensure that such projects pleted within a reasonable time and budget and in accordance with government and/or contract maintenance standards 5. Set rental rates at market value and collect rent and deposit 6. Engage in proper record-keeping, including maintaining our records on operating e and expenses, maintenance requests, plaints 7. Provide superior customer service, dealing effectively and fairly with tenants’ and clients’ requests and concerns in a timely manner 8. Support sales & marketing activities
Job Requirements: Language: English Education: Post-Secondary education in real estate, property management, or a related field preferred Work Experience: At least 3 years experience as a property leasing coordinator or property administrator or in a similar role Personal Suitability: good judgement, positive attitude, adaptable, detail oriented, independently, team player.
Terms of the employment: Permanent Wage: $25/hour, 35 hours per week Location of work: Halifax, Nova Scotia
