Specializing in Land Development and Construction, Randstad's well-respected client is adding a Project Development Accountant to their Edmonton team. Spanning multiple provinces, pany is diversified mitted to creating great spaces! Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Project Development Account will be responsible for: construction loan draw packages, cash flow projections & analysis, project budgets, and preparing financial statements. If you are an aspiring CPA who loves finding solutions within the numbers and are keen to work with an ambitious and collaborative team - this could be the next step in your career.
This position is 100% office based in Downtown Edmonton - parking is provided by pany

Responsibilities
- Financal stement prepartion
-Prepare construction Loan Draw packages
-Manage cash flow projections and analysis
- Variance Analysis
-Reconciliation and monitoring of Holdbacksm project budgets

Qualifications
- CPA designation, or pursuing CPA
-5+ years of progressive accounting,
-Industry experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Land Development
- Experience with Draw packages and WIP billing and reports
-Advanced Excel - Macros, pivot tables,
- ERP Proficiency in larger systems - SAP, JD Edwards, Yardi, or Great Plains Dynamics,
