Condominium Lighting LED Condominium pot lights (limited to ceiling boxes and dropped ceilings) 4 inch 11 watt Slim LED panel lights $125 per light (price based on 6 lights minimum) New switch install + wiring $200 per switch.
Our prices plete pot light installation with white trim and premium 7.5W LED bulb. Trims are also available in different color and material for an extra fee (Stainless steel, Nickle finish, black, silver and brushed aluminum). Prices vary, please call 647-680-QLTY for more info.
We can install Dimmers and Timers for your outdoor and indoor pot lights, motion sensors and different types of dimmers starting at $50.
Conditions: NO LIGHT OR FIXTURES: If there is no existing fixture on the ceiling, we have to charge a $150 fee to run the wires to the ceiling to install the switch. This may require a hole on the wall and/or on the ceiling which we will patch and plaster.
Extra $10-$25 charge per pot light for Older homes with plaster ceiling or multiple layers of drywall.
HIGH CEILING(OVER 12 FEET): We charge an additional $50 – $100 per pot light for high ceilings

PERMIT FEES AND TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
We understand that there are people on ibuyca and online charging you under $50 for installing pot lights. However, you must know they are using cheap, fake, and low quality bulbs and housings which are NOT Canadian Approved and can cause safety issues for your house which is not covered by your pany. please be very careful when choosing your pot pany, bulbs tend to get very hot and if not installed correctly or if housing has a poor quality they can start a fire. we only use Canadian made and Canadian approved pot lights. they cost 3x or 4x the fake low end bulbs. They are safe, use less power, have more light and will last 50k hours*.
