Pool above ground 23 feet

Its about 23 ft accross and 4 and a half feet of water depth when full. The liner is 3 years old and when clean it looks amazing. The only reason i left it with the murky water is to show that it does in fact hold water. There are no patches and no leaks on the liner. The surround for the pool has some wear and tear there are two pueces that have some rust on them and if you wanted you could purchase the two pieces seperately to have an imacualte pool. Or put those pieces under your deck. I have not taken it apart so that the person who buys it knows how to take it apart and put it back together. Also as i mentioned for peace of mind that it has no leaks. There is a pool heater, pump and filter that are included. The heater is natural gas and does need a new heat exchanger, it leaks. **Old ass rubber ducky is free
