Exclusive with us: Patent 29 inch diameter Polyethylene Pontoon Tubes (aluminum pontoons are mostly 24/25 inch) to build any pontoon length.
Front section is 1,650 mm (5.4ft) long Standard sections are 1,100 mm (3.6ft) long

HDPE pontoons are higher quality than cheap aluminum. Houseboats worth a couple $100,000 sitting on Polyethylene tubes, because better flotation, safer, ridged, impact resistant, saltwater resistant, no corrosion etc...etc..
Our unique patent floating bodies form the best foundation for pontoon constructions of any kind to build a new projects, add a third tube or to replace old pontoons.
With our basic material PE (polyethylene), our floating bodies are produced by the rotary process. Due to its UV resistance, our float is nearly impossible to destroy, scratches and cracks can be easily welded. The walls, which have a thickness of 8mm, are provided with 8 M10 nuts. This allows the top deck to be fastened quickly and easily.
Optimum sliding properties as well as an ideal traceability are ensured by the multi-chamber system as well as the streamlined shape.
The material polyethylene is resistant to oils, acids, fuels, salt water and guarantees a clean cleaning. No special cleaning agents are required for cleaning.Our floats are ideally suited for year-round use for cruise and fishing boats, house boats, float bars, work platforms and many many more projects.
The 5.4 ft strong tip is optimally adjusted to all loads, both in slow and fast driving. It is produced by the rotary process, the wall thickness is 8 mm. It is fitted with 23 pieces of M10 nuts, to ensure easy fixing of the top deck.
The 3.6 ft strong mid / end part is optimally adjusted to all loads, both with slow and fast driving. It is produced by the rotary process, the wall thickness is 8 mm. It is provided with 20 pieces of M10 nuts, to ensure easy fixing of the top deck.
Any project length and width are possible ! No problem to add on a piece later, so you can start small and make it bigger later. 1,000th of possibilities to use our tubes.
