Pick Up Counter Representative

Job Description:We are seeking a Pick Up Counter Representative to e an integral part of our team! Besides interfacing with clients both on the telephone and in person in our pick-up area, the applicant will help expedite orders and returns. Responsibilities: * Greet customers in the Pick-up counter area, filling their orders, offering products suggestions, informing of new product, etc.. * Answer customer service calls, answering product / price questions, delivery status inquiries, technical support help, and any general info as required. * Directing customers to our technical support department when required. * Maintaining the Entrex stockroom - restocking shelves, etc. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: * Attention to detail * Have good written and munication skills. * 2 Years experience in related position * Proficient puters and software such as: Word, Excel, CRM, and basic email. Education, Training, Experience : * Mechanical/Electrical Aptitude. * Automatic Door experience a plus! * Basic knowledge of Electronics a plus * Able to read and interpret basic schematics a plus Company Description Entrex Door Controls is a privately owned provider of innovative, high quality petitively priced door activation, control and locking products, for use in any access control or automatic door application.
