Hi, I’m Gavin. CFES certified trainer, former gym owner, former athlete, working actor and I think there’s nothing dumber to be good at in life than lifting weights. But it helps you live a longer and more fulfilling life while chasing the goal of getting better everyday.
I’m a creative guy with a great sense of humour that can bestow upon you all the lessons I’ve acquired in my years of lifting experience. I’m one of the few trainers you’ll ever meet who has exposed himself to pretty much everything there is in the cult of health and fitness and can guarantee I am the highest value trainer in the city. I’ve worked with just about every kind of client from stay-at-home moms, to office workers, athletes, vegan powerlifters and actors trying to shape up for a big role. And for Hollywood clout, I’ve advised a few celebs on the show Teen Wolf as well as a few other actors on local Vancouver shows who needed to prep for a role.
I am especially passionate about helping those who are new to the gym. I was the skinny guy once myself and can offer a lot of guidance to those hesitant to step into the weight room.
I offer a private facility with no contracts or hidden gym fees and a very straight up family style business. I’ll write out your custom programming and give you free nutrition guidance which usually costs a ton of money from a world full of influencers just copying and pasting while telling you to eat less gluten.
The gym has offered me opportunities in modelling and acting that I never could have dreamed of and I want everyone to share in that experience. Fitness is the gift that truly keeps on giving, and you can truly give it to yourself. So chase your goals into 2023 and beyond!
