Hi, my name is Susan and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a Nutrition Coach. I'm 60 years old (proving age is just a number) with 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Using fitness and nutrition as a platform, I want to help you feel amazing, look amazing and achieve that body and life you think of daily. Whether you are just getting started or need a jumpstart back into a routine, I'm here to help you get motivated, stay motivated and transform you body through a customized program tailored to your needs. I offer various safe and effective exercise modules that can fit virtually everyone's needs, such as, in-home training or sessions in my home gym. All sessions are either 30 or 45 minutes in length depending on your needs with flexible payments with no signed contracts.
