Pasture raised lamb -whole and halves for pre-order

Our lamb begin their journey in the middle of spring. Born outside, they never know the confines of a barn. They stay with the flock eating from spring grass and legume pastures and move to the forest for the hot summer months to browse the understory leaves and forest floor grasses. Their diet truly resembles that of a wild deer. This variety in a diet creates a flavour that plex and interesting. Satisfaction in every bite.
$13.00 a pound for a half lamb. $12.50 a pound for a whole lamb.
Taking pre orders for custom cut whole and half lambs now. You choose how the butcher cuts it as well and will receive the offals too, if you desire.
