SALEM PT MODEL 392 FKTB PARK MODEL TRAILER for sale on site at Nick's Place RV Park in CAP LUMIERE, NB. Great campground-great owners-beautiful sunrises and sunsets-great view of PEI-great bass fishing-very quiet and relaxing. Now, about the trailer. It was bought in 2007 in Hammond River, moved to family lot in Norton area where it stayed until last year when we sold our motorhome and had the trailer moved and put on site, so trailer has probably under 200 miles on it since new. It is 42 feet (bumper to bumper). It is a front kitchen-two bedroom model. There are two slides, one at the rear bedroom area and one in the living/kitchen area up front. Lots of closet space with mirrored sliding doors in bedroom and cupboard units in the kitchen. The second bedroom has bunk beds. The appliances are all Magic Chef full size and the stove is propane. The slide up front is a double slide , 12 feet long. We have a ramp for convenience and it is not attached to the trailer. There are two new 30 lb propane tanks with the unit and the battery is a heavy deep cycle unit. The unit is very solid and stable where it sits, well supported on a gravel pad with cement blocks in place to take the weight off the tires, which have covers on them. The trailer e with most of the contents remaining. Dishes, cutlery, toaster, linen, microwave, water cooler, electric barbecue, built-in stereo system, 43 inch tv, etc.., since we are living in an apartment, There are NO LEAKS, the unit has a rubber roof and the ceilings are white, so it is easy to tell. Sliding patio and screen door facing the water, We are seniors and the second owners. We have decided that it is time to change so we will sell the unit. The purchaser will need to make arrangements with the Campground owners if the intention is to leave it where it is. I will be going up to winterize the unit within the next few days so arrangements to show can be made by calling 852-4945 or cell 878-9688 in advance.
