overhauled mr2

1992 toyota mr2 jdm 3sgte overhauled. have Bill's and receipts for around 35k into her(20k just at the motor shop/7 at paint shop). appraised at 27. garage kept since. not show car status (needs few minor things to be cleaned up)but very nice little toy. was built installed tuned and dynoed at rcts canada on pump fuel and hit I belive 340 to the wheel at 12 or 13 pounds(set to 8 now)everything was done at the same time (less then 15xxxkm on build and parts) other then fresh paint summer of 2019.
interior- clean interior with power windows. rewrapped leather oem seats. has heat but no ac. aftermarket stereo with 10" sub. aftermarket wood grain steering wheel. hks boost gauge. hks turbo timer. aquas auto meter and innovative gauges.
drivetrain- all new fluids/hoses. new transmission shift and ebrake cables. all new fluids and filters. hks bov. tial waste gate with screamer pipe. ats fuel rail with bigger injectors. garret 3071 turbo. Brian crowder 264 cams. Wisco forged pistons/rods. custom intake. custom catch can. arp bolt kits. 2153 lsd transmission. act stage 2 clutch. aftermarket transaxle. walboro 330 fuel pump. berk intercooler. new water pump. link 4 stand alone ecu.
exterior- under coated body with many if not all tabs and bolts replaced throughout. braided brake line. new slotted and drilled rotors with pads. megan racing coilovers. hid headlights. aftermarket fenders, mirrors, tailights. staggered 17" gram lights ( 2 are curb rashed) berk dual exit exhaust. new used steering rack. motor mount bushings.
the bad- has oil perspiration from the valve cover. nothing bad but needs to be addressed. windshield wiper assembly needs tinkering or replacing as they wipe but violently. wanted to change pod pillar but to each their own. needs rear tires. there is now a small crack in paint on bumper as well as a crack in windshield. having an issue with ps but still very easily maneuverable.
there is probably things I'm forgetting and I also have a bin of extra stuff for it. the hood is currently wrapped in black vynl but can be removed and can get more pictures for serious buyer. I'm not looking for a buyer.. I'm looking for the buyer.. someone that knows the time efforts and money that went into this car. literally the only reason for listing is to help my parents out as my father continues his battle with cancer so I have zero interest in trades or your opinion on price. thanks for looking.
