As shown, a former shipping crate that was repurposed into a storage shed/container. Fully clad in vinyl siding over heavy vapour barrier plastic. The roof only has a sheet of thick Plexiglas on top, this needs to be properly finished to ensure no water penetration. Rolls about easily on fixed & swivel casters. Has 3 latches for secure door closing. Additional shelves or hanger hooks can be easily added as required. Overall nominal size of 79" high x 61" deep x 46" wide. Interior cavities are 66" x 56" x 31" wide, 33" or 31" high x 56" deep x 10-3/4" wide.
Being a solid build, it's rather heavy so it takes a trailer & manpower to transport. If desired, will also throw in the 2 pieces of 6x6" pressure treated posts to allow being raised up off the ground as well as the tarp to cover until the roof is weather secured. (rubber straps NOT included)
Pick up in the Long Branch area most days between 9 to 7. Payment by cash, e-transfer or US cash at an adjusted price.
