BIO: Coming to LA by way of Nashville, I have played a wide range of styles, from Latin music to country, rock, R&B and pop, working with emerging artists, touring bands, top private event bands in Nashville and LA, and as a session guitarist for projects with CBS, EA games, USA, and others. I have worked posers such as Raney Shockne and Giorgio Moroder, and can be seen playing all across Southern California with various artists and groups, as well as collaborating with producers and artists in the studio to create new music, contributing to the diverse and ever-changing LA music scene. I have a Bachelor’s of Music degree from Middle Tennessee State University where I studied jazz and classical guitar and voice. I have been teaching for more than 10 years and have worked with children and adults of many different skill levels and am happy to customize lessons to fit the individual needs of students. I have a diverse background and have always looked for new opportunities to expand my knowledge and experience. I have performed classical masterpieces by Beethoven, Verdi, and Mozart singing in 400 person choirs with full orchestras, operas, a cappella vocal jazz groups, and have experience singing as a soloist in Italian, German, French and Spanish. I have performed in, directed, and panied musical theatre, toured with salsa bands and percussion ensembles on bass guitar, provided soundtracks on flamenco guitar, worked with Bollywood artists, recorded and toured with rock and pop groups, played country bars in Nashville, and played with the top 80s tribute band in the US. I am always looking to expand my knowledge and learn something new, and I bring that same approach to teaching. Looking forward to working with you and helping you achieve your musical goals!!!
