OLD CAMPER IN GOOD SHAPE LOOKING FOR A NEW OWNER
$6,000 or best offer *Disclosure: I lowered drastically the price because one of the windows started to leak this winter and damaged a small area of a wooden panel inside that will need to be replaced. Beside this, it's in very good shape.
As soon as you'll see it in person, you'll feel a deep attachment (hopefully). You'll notice that the previous owner changed the roof, and changed the furnace. He used to go hunting with it, but you can use it for any camping need you might encounter.
You'll wonder how much it weighs. This unit is big and heavy. You'll need at least a 3/4 ton truck with a 8ft bed. It will hook up to your truck battery.
There is also the question of gas (propane). Safety is important to you. You'll be pleased to know that a gas & appliance test has been performed by Get-Away RV Center in March 2022. All previous gas leaks have been fixed by them. They changed a few lines, and changed the regulator (a well-done $2,999 job). You'll feel safe to know that.
It also has: 2 propane bottles; A new oven/stove (never used - wow! a $1200 value); New locks for the partments; A new monoxyde detector; A new sewer hose (still in the box); All jacks work and es with 2 extra jacks; The oven hood fan has been replaced (with a used one that works); There is a water heather; A fridge; A furnace that is very easy to turn on; There is a full bathroom, with sink, toilet and shower; The dining table area turns into a second bed...
It es with a few extra tubes of sealant! Wow!
