Oil Fired Boiler with Accessories

We are selling a residential oil-fired boiler package plete with: boiler, multi-speed circulation pump, Tekmar controller, expansion tank, oil tank and 4 zone valves. Everything is in very good condition and is currently in operation. I intend to remove the boiler in April so if you are interested, you can see the boiler in operation and how it is piped. The boiler has been inspected and cleaned annually by Irving Oil. The Tekmar controller was an upgrade I did to improve boiler operation, reduce cycling and improve efficiency. It allows the boiler’s supply set point to be changed based on outside air temperature. It has many preset settings based on the type of building you have and can also be programmed to optimize the system.
