Offering respite care for seniors and special needs

I am offering hourly, overnight, full weekend respite, or longer can be negotiated to those families who might need a quick break or some time off from caring for their loved ones. Waiting for placement in LTC for your senior parent? Are you a senior caring for your partner and just need a bit of a break? I have a nursing background with both hospital and home setting experience. I have also taken advanced training in quadriplegia and tracheostomy care and suctioning. I have worked in the munity and I was also a manager of a 16 bed group home for special needs adults. I am up to date on my cpr and first aid. I have current criminal record check with vulnerable sector. I am open to senior care for those who need a little extra “help” with daily care and activities. Meal prep etc. I am also open to special needs adults and children and have experience with both. If you need longer than a weekend or just a few hours break I am open to negotiation. My home is clean and safe and ing. I have a small hypoallergenic dog that does make a racket when new e but is very loving and sweet and not aggressive in any way. People call her their therapy dog once they get to know her. I look forward to hearing from you. I work from my home as a massage therapist in fortable profession clinic space. I work Monday to Thursday with flexibility for my respite clients. You work hard to take care of your loved one and now you need to have a little time to rest, breathe, sit, sleep.
