I purchased it for myself but due to personal circumstances didn't build, thus selling it for 15,000 CAD less.

Package includes: - custom layout with more windows (see images) - water collection system - water storage system (2x50-gallon tanks) - LED UV water purification system - connection module for one more cube - doors - windows - fixtures - bathroom - exterior finish

Note: kitchen, stairs and laminate are not included and can be purchased additionally prior to shipment. I didn't include them because I wanted to choose these things myself.

The original price for all ponents was 75,000 CAD (shipment not included). Asking 60,000 CAD.

NOMAD engineers will be able to help with drawings for building permit if you need one. I'm happy to answer any additional questions or connect you with the right people at NOMAD. The house doesn't need a traditional foundation and can be installed on screw piles or concrete piles, whatever is more suitable for your lot. The es as a bunch ponents on pallets and in crates. You will be responsible for receiving the shipment and prompt unloading without delays. After that you will need to hire a couple of people to put things together for you or you can do it yourself with a couple of friends. There is a detailed assembly manual.
