Hi there!
My name is John Fawcus. I offer both online and in-person coaching. I have a degree in Human Kinetics from UBC am a CSEP (Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology) certified trainer, a Precision Nutrition coach and a Certified Online Trainer. I cut through all the crap out there, to save you time, money and frustration.
I am not only an experienced coach but I am also a dad, martial artist, athlete, natural bodybuilder and have many other hobbies such as mechanics, woodworking and gardening to name a few. I know what it takes to live a healthy lifestyle and plish my goals while also dealing with life's challenges.
Don't settle for a trainer with a weekend certification that doesn't have the proper education or experience to help you get permanent results or who may end up causing you more harm than good (unfortunately this actually happens).
