NIPPON SYRUP PITCHER WITH UNDERPLATE HANDPAINTED GOLD FLOWERS

This is a gorgeous antique porcelain covered syrup pitcher and underplate set by Morimura Brothers. The set features a lovely gold moriage hand painted floral design set against a cream band accented with delicate gold lines. This would make a fine addition to your antique porcelain collection or for use as intended on your dining table. Underplate measures 5.5" diameter. Syrup pitcher measures 5" (from end of handle to end of spout) x 4" tall. Very, very minor wear on gold on handle. In great condition – no cracks, chips, crazing or repairs anywhere. Green M in wreath Nippon mark (used from 1911 to 1921) is shown on base of pitcher. Smoke free, pet free home.
