Nice, Big, Industrial 1943 Singer Sewing Machine in Table

This reliable, straightforward, straigh stitch only, Singer 31-15 industrial sewing machine was made on January 7, 1943. It is very clean and in great working order, just requires a new leather belt. You don’t need a belt to turn it by hand or use a knob turner on it to show that it sews. Comes with the Singer clutch motor. The table top and table base (H leg style industrial base with adjustable height), show to be original to this heavy duty Singer. Table top is quite long as the last photo with the measuring stick placed on top shows. Can still order parts for this work horse. The manual is available on line for free. $500 buys this. Ad will be removed when sold. I have a second 31-15 with clutch motor but in a different Singer base, also for sale—I lost the needle clamp and thread guide when I changed out the bent needle bar for a new one. These two machines are for sale for $700.
