Each Private Room Has Its Own: • Lockable entry door to room • Large rooms with 9’ ceilings (2.74 meters) • Walk-in closet • Private bathroom - including toilet, shower and sink • Wall-safe • Each room is sound proofed, thanks to thicker walls and in wall insulation and has a private outside balcony or porch – for smoking, vaping or enjoying the sunshine

Each Room Is Equipped With: • Bed, desk, sitting table and chairs • New bed mattress, bed sheets, pillows, towels • Dishes and cutlery • & a private storage locker
The Common Area Includes: A large full kitchen, gas fireplace, and outside BBQ and picnic table. There are also two sets of washers and driers (free of charge), endless hot water with two instant, on-demand, hot water tanks, Internet in rooms with the Hydro and natural gas all included – at no extra charge!
