This is unused and in its original packaging. I have two available, all unused and in original packaging. These can be used only as a part of a Master Clock Control System according to what I have found, however the manufacturers model information seems to say otherwise. At a minimum you will have to find some sort of clock to interface with these and a 12 V AC power supply

This display was made in Canada by Edwards Instruments in 1992. The P/N is 2407-1610F. The stainless steel mounting cover is 13.25 X 7 inches and the 8.6 x 3 inches. If the SS is removed the clock measures 11 x 4 inches and is 1.75 inches deep. Power requirements are 16 V / 60 Hz x 20 VA according to the product info from Edmwards (the manual that came with them says 12 V AC).

The clock displays up to four digits in red. It can be set to 24 hour or 12 hour readings. When the digital clocks are connected to local 120VAC a standard 24 volt 10 VA transformer can be used. A 9 volt battery is internally housed for back-up. This display is CSA approved for institutional use. It was originally purchased for institutional use.

I have contacted Chubb Edwards and they have forwaarded me a Users Manual in PDF format. Please write if you wish a copy.

The Edwards 2470-1XXX Series Digital Clocks are designed to operate with a 2470 Series Master Clock Control or can be configured to stand alone. The Master Clock Control provides the multiplex data to the digital clocks allowing them to keep time. They are patible with any Master Time Control which controls analog clocks using 3 wire synchronous 58th minute correction. During a power failure the internal 9 volt battery maintains clock timing. While connected to the Master Clock Control the digital clocks are corrected every minute. These digital clocks are totally solid state and require no mechanical adjustments. The time setting, and automatic daylight saving time correction are functions of the Master Clock Control. Setting the 12 or 24 hour format is easily plished during installation by setting a jumper on the back of the clock.
