Huntsville, Dorset, Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Baysville are less than 20 minutes away from our cottage. There are many activities to do all year along: boating, fishing, hiking trails, ATV trails, snowmobile trails, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, golfing, Hidden Valley downhill skiing Resort, Arrowhead park for cross country Skiing trails & ice skating trails & snowshoeing trails, Bracebridge Golf Club, Lake Of Bays Brewery, Muskoka Brewery, Yummies In A Jar, Miss Nelles Cafe, Don’s Bakery, Iron Skillet Restaurant, Muskoka On The Rocks Restaurant, Cross Corners Restaurant are just minutes away from cottage. Amenities: -4 bedrooms, 2 king beds, 2 queen beds -4 bathrooms, 2 bathrooms are on suite -games room, pool table, pinball machine, board games -huge gas fireplace in great room -fire pit wth Algonquin chairs outside on flag stone patio -gas barbecues on deck & walkout basement patio -Muskoka room with screens for lounging -walkout basement with flag stone patio -air conditioning -automatic back up generator to run the whole cottage in a power failure -Grandview Lake is on our property down a walking trail to the Lake ( about 1000 feet from water edge to cottage & built cottage off the lake for more privacy) -2 kayaks & a canoe & 2 paddle boards & water trampoline are there to use ( hand cart to bring to waters edge) -satellite tv & wifi -fridge, stove,dishwasher,clothes washer & dryer,microwave,Keurig k-cup, kettle,toaster, large electric grill -log book to write a quick response of something you liked about your stay with your name,date,where you are from (neat to see what our guests enjoy about our cottage & property) -sorry no pets & no smoking on property -renting to adult couples & parents with children over the age of 16 & mature adult snowmobilers & mature adult ATVers Cottage Rates: -off peak season $2500 a week (Oct to April) -peak season $3000 a week (May to Sept) -$500 a day with a minimum 2 day stay -Also a security deposit for $1000 returned two days after checkout -$200 cleaning fee for bed linens, bath towels, face cloths , beach towels -Check in time is 4pm Saturday & Checkout time is 10am Saturday ***FOR QUICK RESPONSE CALL OR TEXT*** Any questions or concerns Call or Text 905-329-9132 or 905-329-9143 Thanks Tim & Janet
