Family Cottage with 3 decks fully furnished. Lake views from almost every room. Family/child-friendly. Less than 2 hrs north of Toronto, and just outside Town of Gravenhurst. Minutes from Muskoka Bay Golf Course, and close to Taboo Golf Course. Open concept great room/dining room with stone fireplace. Granite and hardwood flooring throughout. Leather furniture in the living room and full dining room set up overlooking the lake, walk out on two decks. Propane BBQ avail.
The Kitchen is fully equipped including a new D/W, SS stove, refrigerator, microwave, water dispenser, and Cuisinart coffee machine. The laundry area is fully equipped new Whirlpool W and D
The main floor has a master bedroom, a 5-pc washroom, and one-bedroom overlooking the playground area ( swings, slide, and basketball net).
The second-floor level has two bedrooms, 5-pc bathroom joined by a hall overlooking the living room and lake. Bedrooms have windows on 3 sides each, with window seats.
Lakeside level partially finished/furnished - great for kids to have some personal space with flat-screen TV/DVD and games. The level features a large screened-in room. Comfortable lounge chairs and dining areas on each deck. Two-piece bathroom. WIFI is available at the cottage. A full cottage backup automatic generator has been installed so no issues with loss of power. Nicely decorated and newly painted throughout. Washrooms on all 3 levels. You will feel that this is a fortable, pleasant home!
Beautiful lakefront with Dock (30 ft), and small deck; Boat launch nearby. Muskoka Bay Golf Club just 7 km. away and Taboo about 12 Km. away.
Amenities include: Televisions, VCRs, Blu-ray/DVD's, a basement with a sitting area for the kids to hang out on rainy days, and a full Muskoka room overlooking the lake.

Multiple outside eating areas on 3 levels of decks. The lawn area includes a playground set with a slide, swing set, and basketball net.
Comes with 2 smaller kayaks, adult life jackets, and safety kits.
Sleeps 8 adults max. ( 4 queens), New Queen mattresses 2014/2016 Kingsdown queen mattresses. We provide a starter kit of paper supplies, spices, soaps etc. Normal week-long occupancy is from Saturday to Saturday during high season
Pets only with prior approvals of the owners. Extra cleaning and fee may be required. Housekeeping is not provided -you are expected to leave it as you found it. This is a no outdoor fire property due to town requirements. A propane gas table is available on the deck. Partial weeks/long weekends available on prorated basis minimum of 4 days in season; 3 days offseason Pillows are not supplied.. Please contact us for more pictures Last Updated: November, 2022
