My name is Bill Houston and I am personally representing some close friends of mine who are the owner/operators of the Montessori Learning Centre of North Bay, Inc. located in North Bay, Ontario. After almost 27 successful years they are now ready to sell the school and retire.

- The school is licensed for 43 students and has, for the last 15 consecutive years, enjoyed a full enrollment with waiting lists.

- Annual professional financial audits have been conducted by the firm BDO which has also valued the school at $849 000.
- Being located in North Bay, the school (being a for profit operation) is considered to be on an equal footing with similar non-profit operations and is thereby qualified to receive all of the same government subsidies and assistance.
