This module will reset AdBlue limited starts count (US or Canada cars) or limited mileage (Rest of the world cars) with simple OBD-2 plug. Not necessary to go to dealers.

this plug is totally legal. You are not changing or bypassing any of ponents of SCR system, AdBlue liquid will continue injecting. this is not a bypass. It just reset limitations and you will be able to start engine work even in case, that motor start is already blocked any permanent AdBlue faults will still show check-engine light but module will clear motor start limitations and will be able to continue to drive

Many of Mercedes owners of a cars equipped with modern BlueTec or AdBlue technology faced with a problem, when they see on the instrument cluster message like "Motor start is not possible after xxx km" or "AdBlue: 16 starts left"

that mean, that there are some faults in the AdBlue delivery system, and motor control unit will block possiblility of motor start after certain mileage or number of motor starts (US and Canada cars)

in that case car owner have to go to dealers to make repair and clear that message. With most recent cars it is even more difficult as only dealer equipment with online access to Daimler servers can reset that message

but what to do if you currently in a business trip or if you travel with your familiy very far from your home? Do you like to change your plans and spend a day at dealer workshop?

limitation 1: not gonna work at cars and vans produced before 2011 when CDI control unit software have never updated since production. Those cars simply do not support AdBlue fault erase till CDI FW updated. Contact me with your car/van vin number before you order limitation 2: module will be finally fixed to the first car where it was connected to and will continue to works only on that car. You will not be able to use it at different vehicle. limitation 3: I will not accept returns if module resets starts count at your car/van OR if it was used and fixed to the different car before

Operation

- turn ignition ON

- plug module connector to the car OBD-2 disgnostic socket

- monitor PreGlow lamp (yellow spring sign at your car Instrument Cluster)

- as soon as you will see 5 fast flashes of PreGlow lamp, than mean, that pleted

- wait 5 more seconds and turn ignition OFF

- lock the car and let it sleep for 30 seconds

DONE - you can start engine now
