Take 4 steps and you will be on your private 6x30 dock. Water depth at the end of the dock is 5 feet with a rocky bottom, you can dive in and go for a swim. Western exposure for fantastic sunsets every night. The cottage has a full updated kitchen with everything you will need including a dishwasher and Microwave. Upstairs the 180 degree views of the lake are to die for. The Living room has a wall of windows that all open to let the cool lake breezes blow through. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has double bunk beds. The Living room has 2 couches one of them pulls out into a double bed. The cottage also has satellite HD Smart TV, WiFi and laundry facilities. Plenty of parking and large grass areas. Propane Weber BBQ directly out your back door. Open May through October Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities We are located on the East shore of Pigeon Lake South of the big island. Direct waterfront, any closer and you would be floating. Stairs with handrail into water. Private 6X30 dock with great fishing and swimming. Sandy beach nearby. Sandbar directly across the lake. Shared Fire pit. Pets need to be approved by the owner, additional charges will apply.
