R-3030 belongs to late 70's 30xx receiver series, the best ever from Luxman, comparable to best of Marantz, different from earlier models like R-1050; there's more transparency and air in the sound, and all sweetness still there.
Basic 2-hrs maintenance service done 12/2021: Cleaned and detailed in and out; All controls/connectors/pots/bearings deoxed/lubed using pro grade D5/D100/F5, are noise-free; All lights work; Bias voltages adjusted to factory specs, 13 mV L/R, for best sound and amp stability; The sound is crystal clear and very powerful for the rated output; Completely dust-free, smoke-free; Great build quality, as pictured;
