LS Swap Engine Harness Rework Service
I will rework your existing Gen 3 harness 4.8/5.3/6.0
- Removal of old loom(covering) - Inspection of wires and connectors
- Removal of circuits that won't be used for your swap: - EGR - Air Pump - After Cat 02 sensors
- Installation of 2 stage fan control wires if requested - All wires are neatly bundled and secured.
Electrical Connections: - Speedometer - Vehicle Speed Sensor wire to Speedometer - Tachometer - Output signal wire from PCM to Tachometer - TCC - Brake Switch input to PCM for Torque Convertor Lockup function - Malfunction Indicator(Check Engine Light) wire - Pigtails - to hook up to vehicle power are clearly labeled. - Pigtail for fuel pump relay - DLC Port serial wire provided to attached to OBDII connector
All harnesses are bench tested using Tektronix and B&K Precision test equipment
Cost to Rework your harness - $300.00
Additional services are also available including PCM relocation etc.
We kindly ask that all harnesses and connectors are degreased by the customer.
Gen 4 and Gen 5 rework also available.
